Description of Benefits

Health Insurance- Newly hired full time employees will become eligible for enrollment into the company health insurance package after two full calendar months of employment. (Percentage is paid by employee & percentage paid by employer)

Dental/Vision/Aflac Insurance- All full time employees will be eligible for Dental, Vision, and Aflac Insurance when they become eligible for health insurance. (Paid solely by the employee)

Disability Insurance- All full time employees shall have the option to enroll in the company disability insurance program at their sole expense at the time of hire.

Retirement Plan- Full time employees who qualify under the current retirement plan are eligible to contribute at the beginning of the new calendar year.

Vacation Pay- Start date to 1 year = 40 hours per year
                        1 year to 4 years = 80 hours per year
                        5 years to 9 years = 120 hours per year
                       10 years & over = 160 hours per year

Fire Resistant Clothing- Reimbursement up to $250.00 with a receipt every April and October. FR clothing is required on all field work sites.
